The DOTA for-a-cause tournament is a great success and this is for the benefit of CHILDEN'S JOY FOUNDATION, INC. a Non-Government institution dedicated to feed, to clothe, and to send to school 3 Million less fortunate children in the Philippines.

On behalf of the Alpha Tau Omega - Alpha Chapter, we would like to thank the Global Access Internet Cafe for its valuable advice and generous support in making the DOTA for-a-cause tournament a success. The Election of Officers of the school year 2008-2009 was held in Chicos Grill, Talamban Cebu City on March 9, 2008 . It also present the LEADERSHIP AWARD to Raphael Jan Macabeo and Fernando Lou Escoreal for making ATO proud in the service of Humanity. A big thanks to Mr. Liux Lumacang, Grand Knight of Alpha for making the USC a great year.

Alpha Tau Omega Philippines Fraternity Inc. Alpha Chapter in cooperation with Global Access Internet Cafe presents Defend and Defeat, first global Access DOTA for a cause Tournament. The event was succesful with the help of our Primary and Secondary Sponsors along with our friends. The main purpose for this event is to make funding for the our benefiary which is the Children's Joy Foundation Inc. The Children’s Joy Foundation , a non-government, non-profit organization continues to help out children-beneficiaries maintain their stability in all aspects of their lives in the physical, mental, and in the spiritual in facilitating growth and development to help them become responsible citizens of our nation. All these help in developing and nurturing the child’s personality in an environment where love and peace abound. Many children are staying with the foundation for temporary shelter, training, and education under the supervision of the foundation staff. They need financial assistance to finish their education and earn a degree so that they can take care of themselves independently. You can be an advocate in this endeavor.
